Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sexfulness (the "Service"), operated by Peach Courses. By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+). You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. The content is sexual-wellness education intended for adults.

2. Your account. You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure. One account is for one person; sharing or reselling access is not allowed.

3. Licence to content. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access the courses for the duration of your access. You may not download (except where offered), copy, redistribute, publicly show, or resell any content. All content and trademarks remain our property or our licensors’.

4. Pricing, billing & auto-renewal.

• Plans: $1 for a 7-day trial which then continues at $19/month; or $19/month, $89/year, or a one-time $199 lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
• We will send a receipt for purchases. Prices are in USD and may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account (one click) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

6. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Service: no illegal use, no sharing/pirating content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, no harassment.

7. Educational disclaimer. Content is for general educational and informational purposes about intimacy and wellbeing. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

8. No warranty / liability. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts (without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country).

11. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
